About Servpro

We opened our first Servpro office in 1974 and today, we are the proud owners of Servpro. Our goal was to be known as the best in our field and we always hoped that one day, Servpro would be a household word. The day when everyone is familiar with Servpro is fast approaching! We operate with integrity and believe that if we help enough other people get what they want, we will get what we want. We focus on this everyday working toward a goal of complete customer satisfaction.

In the old days, we operated without computers, digital cameras, or high tech moisture meters. Today we have the benefit of technology, yet all the technology in the world will not take the place of people who care about what they do. Building a team of dedicated, knowledgeable personnel who care about you, the customer, has always been vital to our growth. We have long term employees and many who have left us have relocated and are working for Servpro in other parts of the country.

Continual training sets us apart from many of our competitors. Not only does our parent company Servpro Industries, offer continual training, but we take another step and certify that our technicians are trained through the IICRC (the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and IOT (Interactive Occupational Training). When you call us, you can expect our personnel to be clean cut & neatly uniformed. We respect that your time is valuable so we schedule appointments within an hour and in case we get held up on a job and we anticipate being late, you can expect a phone call giving you the new ETA. You can expect a phone call a few days after the work to verify your satisfaction. In the rare event that you need a re-service, we will schedule your appointment immediately, not wait until we’re in your area sometime in the future.

Because so much of our work is emergency in nature, we have made a 1-4-8 commitment. This means that if you call us in the middle of the night or on Christmas Eve, your call will be returned within 1 hour. We will always be on site with 4 hours although most wait times are much shorter, and within 8 business hours, we will have a report to your insurance company.
